Senior full-stack engineer
PRODUCT ENGINEERING / KRAKÓW · REMOTE (EU)One senior owner per product slice: you ship the route, the API behind it, and the release path, with AI agents doing the grunt work under your review.
You will own vertical slices of client systems end-to-end: Next.js and React frontends, NestJS services, PostgreSQL schemas, and the Kubernetes release path that puts them in production.
We are a three-engineer team, so you work directly with the founders and with the customers. No proxy product owners, no ticket factories. You model the domain with the client, ship a working slice every week, and leave documentation and runbooks behind.
We run an agentic delivery workflow: AI agents accelerate discovery, boilerplate, tests, and docs, while review boundaries stay explicit and human. You should be comfortable directing that kind of tooling and skeptical enough to check its work.
What we expect: 5+ years building production web systems, strong TypeScript across the stack, real PostgreSQL experience, and at least one system you have operated after shipping it. Kubernetes and AI/LLM integration experience are strong pluses.
