You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where the law gives you those rights.
Legal basis
For business inquiries we usually process data based on legitimate interest, contract preparation, contract performance, or legal obligations. Limited professional research may use legitimate interests, but an outreach message is sent only when the applicable national electronic-marketing rule permits it.
Data obtained elsewhere
When professional data comes from another source, our privacy policy describes the data categories, public or business sources, purpose, recipients, retention, and your rights. We provide this information no later than the first communication.
Direct marketing objection
You can object to direct marketing at any time and without giving a reason. We stop that processing and retain only the minimum suppression data needed to respect your choice.
