AI TOOLS ASSESSMENTWe find you five hours a week, or you pay nothing
Quotes at 10pm, inbox triage before breakfast, copy-paste between systems that don't talk. In one week we map where your hours go, match proven tools to each bottleneck, and put the ROI math in writing. If we can't find at least 5 recoverable hours per week, you don't pay.

The minimum the assessment must find, or we refund the full fee. That threshold is our commitment, not a past result.
Our guaranteeOne-time fixed price, quoted on a short call. Full refund if we can't find at least 5 recovered hours per week.

Book the assessmentWhat we build
Structured discovery
A 45-minute call, recorded and transcribed. We map where your week goes: the meeting notes nobody reads, the reports you rebuild by hand, the tasks you keep pushing to the evening.
Tool matching, sized to you
We run the transcript through our own AI tooling plus current tool-market research. Every recommendation fits your company size. No enterprise CRM for a four-person firm.
ROI math in writing
Hours recovered, times your hourly rate, minus subscription costs. You see the number for every recommendation before you spend a euro on tools. If the number doesn't work, we say so and leave it out.
Not AI for its own sake
Sometimes the best fix is a plain piece of software, not an AI product. We recommend what removes the hours, not what's fashionable this quarter.

Common questions
- How is this different from the two-week engineering audit?
- The engineering audit reads your codebase and architecture over two weeks and delivers a domain map, risks, and a delivery plan. The assessment covers your business workflows in one week and never touches code. If your problem is quotes, invoices, and meeting notes, book the assessment; if it's software your team builds and runs, book the audit. If you're not sure, we'll tell you which one you need on a short call.
- What if you find nothing worth changing?
- Then you pay nothing: at least 5 recoverable hours per week in the report, or a 100% refund. This is a new service, so we won't quote invented client results; the refund carries the risk instead of you. And that outcome tells you something too: your operations are lean, and you can stop wondering what you're missing.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. The discovery call is about how you work, not about technology, and the report is written in plain language with monthly costs and a 4-day quick-start plan. If you can describe your Tuesday, you can use this.
- Which tools do you push?
- None. We have no affiliate deals and no reseller agreements, so recommendations are vendor-neutral and sized to your company. Sometimes the best fix isn't AI at all: it's boring software you didn't know existed.
- Why not just ask ChatGPT myself?
- You can, and some owners do. ChatGPT doesn't know your workflows, your team, or current tool pricing, and it won't put a refund behind its answer. We do the structured discovery, the vendor research, and the ROI math, and we stake the fee on the result.
- Can this stay under our data policies?
- Yes. You decide what we see on the call, we sign an NDA on request, and the recording and transcript stay in our private tooling. Where a recommended tool would process sensitive data, we flag it in the report, note EU hosting options, and mark what needs a DPA before rollout.
