AI CONCIERGERecover hours every month, one workflow at a time

Two 45-minute co-working sessions per month with a senior engineer on your screen. We take one workflow at a time: audit how you do it today, cut the steps, then automate the lean version. Your team runs the result; we stay the guide.

HOW WE WORK
  1. 01OnboardFirst session. Tools connected, context files and global instructions set, 90-day success definition agreed.
  2. 02AuditScreen share. Show us how you do it today.
  3. 03OptimizeWe cut the steps before adding any tool. Often that alone pays.
  4. 04AutomateThe lean version becomes an AI skill or automation your team runs. Logged in your hub.

What we build

01

Audit, optimize, automate

Show us how you do it today, click by click. We cut the steps first, say 13 down to 7, then turn the lean version into an AI skill or automation your team runs.

02

Co-working, not slideware

Two 45-minute screen-share sessions per month, in your real tools on your real workflows. No decks, no workshops about workshops.

03

Async access between sessions

Stuck on a prompt, a tool, or a buy-or-skip decision? Write to us. Answer within one business day.

04

A client hub you keep

A running inventory of every workflow we ship together, updated after every session. A new hire can read it and know how things run.

02

How we work

The process, the report, and the math, drawn out.

Audit, optimize, automate stages with a row of steps being reduced

A 45-minute session split into audit, optimize, automate segments
Anatomy of a 45-minute co-working session
Timeline from day zero to day ninety with a goal flag before day sixty
The 90-day success definition, agreed at onboarding

Common questions

How is this different from the AI Tools Assessment?
The assessment is a one-week diagnosis: report, matrix, quick-start plan, done. The concierge is ongoing implementation coaching: we sit with you twice a month and ship workflows one by one. A natural path is to start with the assessment and bring its quick-win list into the concierge.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Sessions are screen shares of how you already work. We handle the setup during onboarding, and your team learns by doing one workflow at a time.
What if we run out of workflows to fix?
Then you cancel, and that's the point. There's no annual contract and no exit fee: the automations, the hub, the context files, and the instructions stay with your team. Nothing depends on us to keep running.
Why not just ask ChatGPT myself?
Do, between sessions. The retainer covers what ChatGPT can't: watching how your business actually runs, cutting the steps before automating them, and holding the work to a 90-day success definition we agreed together.
Can this stay under our data policies?
Yes. We work inside your accounts on your screen, not on copies of your data. Where sensitive data is involved we prefer tools with EU hosting and a DPA, and we sign an NDA on request.
Why not hire someone internal instead?
You should, eventually. The concierge is how your team gets there: we build workflows with your people, not for them, so the capability stays in-house. The goal is that you need us less each month, not more; when you no longer need us, cancel.
